JAMGL Adds New Board Members

Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes (JAMGL) recently announced the addition of new board members, Jeremy Cosby, Paul Feyen, Celeste McIntyre and Mike Mraz for the 2022-23 fiscal year. “These talented individuals are going to be such a positive asset to the JAMGL board,” said William Coderre, JAMGL President & CEO. “We appreciate their willingness to share their time and their talents with our organization.”

Jeremy Cosby brings more than 15 years of experience in technology-focused roles, specializing in pricing analysis and management as a partner at DWH. He assists clients with the evaluation and implementation of business systems to improve efficiencies and enhance decision-making. With his focus on technology to solve business problems, Cosby supports Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation and integration, pricing development and can develop custom solutions tailored to specific needs. Cosby received his bachelor of science degree from Taylor University and currently serves on the JA associate leadership board.

Paul M. Feyen serves as vice president, corporate controller and assistant treasurer at Wolverine World Wide, Inc. Feyen began his career at BDO of Grand Rapids in 2003 through 2005 serving within the audit and assurance teams across a variety of clients. His experience also includes almost seven years working at Herman Miller (now MillerKnoll) in a variety of positions with escalating responsibilities

across the finance function through 2012. In 2012, Feyen accepted the position as assistant corporate controller at Wolverine World Wide, Inc. to assist with the material acquisition of PLG and serve on the finance leadership team. Over the past 10 years he has enjoyed working in Wolverine’s fast-paced culture, which has provided continuous learning opportunities to grow professionally and expand his leadership. Feyen graduated from Calvin University, in 2003 with a B.A. in accounting, and graduated from Grand Valley University with a master’s in business administration in 2009.

Celeste McIntyre is senior vice president and corporate controller of BHSH System, a $14 billion, not-for-profit integrated health system based in Michigan. She leads the accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, reimbursement, tax, budget and planning, decision support and business and capital planning functions for the system. She also provides leadership and strategic direction for all financial software applications used across the enterprise. McIntyre has extensive experience leading teams in these areas. Prior to coming to Spectrum Health in 2010, McIntyre was a senior manager in the audit practice of Ernst & Young, where she served clients in various industries, including health care, insurance, medical devices and retail. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo and a master’s degree in business administration from Grand Valley State University. She is a certified public accountant and is a past JA volunteer

Mike Mraz serves as president of real estate development at Rockford Construction, overseeing all aspects of the real estate development process including financing, acquisitions, leasing, project management, investor relations and owner’s representation. He has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, with many high-profile projects completed in the greater Grand Rapids area. Mraz serves as the board chair of the Metro Health University of Michigan Health Foundation board and the Hope Network Foundation board. He was a Junior Achievement student in Cleveland Ohio.
