The JA Girls' Dream Fair introduces hundreds of seventh and eighth grade girls from West Michigan to discover what's possible in the field of STEM.

At the event, local female professionals who work in a STEM related career present on their experience working in the field. This year's speakers are:
- Jessica Rais, MillerKnoll
- Aimee VandenElzen, Disher
- Courtney Klawieter, BizStream

After hearing from these inspiring speakers, the students break out into groups to take a deeper dive into STEM as a career path, guided by JA's It's My Future curriculum. This is their opportunity to talk with mentors who work in the field to learn more about pursuing a career in STEM.
