Chuck has been providing valuation and consulting services for private-held and publicly traded businesses for over a decade. Chuck specializes in transaction-based and wealth preservation valuation services for companies and their owners.

He has extensive industry experience in technology and software, retail and restaurant, distribution and transportation, breweries and wholesalers, automotive and supply, manufacturing and equipment, business and professional services, construction, real estate, health care and more. Previously, Chuck spent over six years managing business valuations in the Elliott Davis Forensics, Valuation, and Litigation Support practice out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to his consulting career, Chuck performed a variety of auditing services for clients including external audits of financial institutions, manufacturers and distributors, general contractors and subcontractors, employee benefit plans, and non-for-profits.
