Jon is a native of West Michigan, growing up in Grand Rapids and Kentwood. Jon is currently a Senior Vice President for Lockton Companies. Lockton Companies. Lockton is the world’s largest privately owned, independent consulting firm and insurance broker , Lockton Companies serves more than 60,000 clients across six continents with risk management, insurance, employee benefits consulting and retirement services.. Jon has worked in the Human Resources and Employee Benefit industry for over 30 years.

Jon’s involvement with JA began as a participant in the Free Enterprise Golf Outing. From there, Jon joined the Free Enterprise Committee and assisted with increasing sponsorship and attendance to the event. In addition to Jon’s work with JA, he has worked with several other charitable and non-profit organizations, including Board positions. Some of these organizations are March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, Ele’s Place and Alzheimer’s Alzheimer’s Association. Jon is also a board member for the University of Michigan Grand Rapids Chapter Alumni Club.
