Managing director and founder of Blackford Capital - a majority control, leveraged buyout investment firm that acquires, manages, and grows middle-market manufacturing companies. With more than 15 years of private equity experience, Mr. Stein leads the firm’s acquisition sourcing activities and serves on the boards of four of the firm’s portfolio companies. Additionally, he is chairman of the board of Staging Concepts and Burgaflex. He has been involved in approximately 34 acquisitions, investments, recapitalizations, and exits - all with approximately $650 million in transaction value.
