Sara Kemperman started her career with Lake Michigan Credit Union in 1996 and has been an instrumental leader in its growth. She has “grown up” through the branches having held a multitude of roles including branch manager, lending director, vice president of retail strategy. In her current role as senior vice president of retail operations, Kemperman brings a balanced financial and people-centric approach to her role. Kemperman oversees LMCU’s retail branch operations, sales and service, retail strategies, retail consumer lending initiatives, and general oversight.
