As a Sales and Service Manager at Michigan First Credit Union, I thrive on partnering with our branch teams to provide exceptional support and foster a positive coaching and mentoring experience. My passion lies in developing team members to reach their full potential in sales and service standards at Michigan First. I actively seek out new challenges and eagerly participate in special projects to further my growth within the organization. With a solid background of 10 years in the Financial Industry, including 9 years in leadership and management roles, I bring a wealth of expertise to my current position. Having recently celebrated 4 years with Michigan First, where I previously held the role of Senior Branch Manager at our downtown office, I have established a strong foundation for success.

Beyond the confines of the branch, I am deeply engaged in the Grand Rapids community, cultivating relationships with local businesses and community partners. Volunteering and actively participating in initiatives like Junior Achievement allow me to give back to the community and collaborate on financial education and awareness programs. I am particularly excited about my upcoming role as Co-Chair of the Associate Leadership Board alongside Nick Espinoza this school year. Together, we will continue to make a meaningful impact and forge valuable connections within the community.
