Victor is an integrator and thought collaborator who is leveraging his dynamic leadership skills in the role of ESG Tax Services Leader at Crowe. In this role, he is focused on adding the right mix of tax sustainability strategies to assist clients in meeting their sustainability and other ESG related goals. As a tax consultant, he has been instrumental in bringing the right resources to bear to provide value to his clients.
Victor recently served in a role representing his firm as a Racial Equity Fellow for CEO Action for Racial Equity. In this opportunity he was joined by individuals spanning the country from various companies and industries in an effort to identify, develop and promote scalable and sustainable public policies and corporate engagement strategies that will address systemic racism, social injustice and improve societal well-being.
Victor has over 11 years of experience in public accounting and 10 years of experience working with clients in the construction industry. As a member of Crowes construction practice, which serves over 1,100 clients in the industry, Victor has specialized training in many matters of taxation in this space and has worked with contractors which range in size from small closely held general and sub-contractors to large multi-billion dollar general contractors.
In addition to serving clients, Victor is the Executive Sponsor of the African-American Business Resource Group at Crowe. The vision of the group is to provide a space for individuals with similar backgrounds and perspectives to come together and bring their best selves to the workplace on a daily basis.
